Melibaeva R.N. was born in 1970 in the Dangarinsky district of the Ferghana region. In 1995 she graduated from the faculty of pedagogy and psychology of the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, and in 2003 – from the historical and legal faculty of KSPI.
From 1995 to 2002, a teacher of history and law, a psychologist at school No. 26 of the Dangarinsky district, 2002-2004, deputy head of the department of spiritual education of the department of public education of the Dangarinsky district of the Ferghana region, head of the Center for Psychological Diagnostics, 2004-2007 teacher of the department pedagogy and psychology of the Uzbek State University of World Languages, from 2007-2010 Lecturer, Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, 2010-2018 Senior Lecturer, Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Uzbek State University of World Languages.
R.M. Melibaeva is the author of 50 scientific papers in international and national scientific journals, 1 monograph, 3 study guides, 3 teaching aids, and copyright certificates. She also participated in international conferences (2012, 2016, 2018) with scientific reports. He is a member of the Association of Psychologists in Central Asia
