Melibayeva Ruzakhon Nasirovna — Doctor of Psychological Sciences (DSc), Professor
Melibayeva Ruzakhon Nasirovna has been working at the Tashkent Medical Academy since December 2018, and since 2025 she has been serving as the Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Tashkent State Medical University.
She was born in 1970 in Dangara district of the Fergana region. In 1995, she graduated from Kokand State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology, and in 2003 she completed her studies in History and Law at the same institution.
From 1995 to 2002, she worked as a teacher of history and law and as an educational psychologist at Secondary School No. 26 of Dangara district. From 2002 to 2004, she served as Deputy Head for Spiritual and Educational Affairs of the District Department of Public Education and as Head of the Psychological Diagnostic Center.
Between 2004 and 2007, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University. From 2007 to 2010, she was a lecturer at Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, and from 2010 to 2018, she served as a senior lecturer at Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
Since December 2018, she has been working at the Tashkent Medical Academy, and since 2025 she has been the Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Tashkent State Medical University.
In 2018, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation entitled “Psychological Mechanisms of the Development of Students’ Thinking” in the specialty 19.00.06 — Developmental and Educational Psychology, and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology.
In 2020, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Developmental and Educational Psychology.
In 2022, she defended her doctoral dissertation (DSc) in the specialty 19.00.04 — Medical and Special Psychology on the topic “Improvement of the System for Applying Psychodiagnostic Methods in the Medical Field”. In 2024, she was awarded the academic title of Professor.
