“Medical and Psychological Problems of Health and a Healthy Lifestyle”

            An International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Medical and Psychological Issues of Health Promotion and Healthy Lifestyle Formation” was held at Tashkent State Medical University. On February 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., an international scientific and practical conference entitled “Medical and Psychological Issues of Health Promotion and Healthy Lifestyle Formation” was held in the conference hall of Tashkent State Medical University. The conference was ceremonially opened by the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of the university, F.L. Azizova. In her opening remarks, she emphasized that strengthening public health, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and integrating medical and psychological approaches represent some of the most relevant and priority directions of contemporary scientific research. During the conference, representatives of national and international higher education institutions, research centers, and practicing specialists delivered scientific presentations addressing issues related to health preservation, psychological well-being, preventive approaches, and modern medical and psychological research. The event was organized at a high professional level and served as an important platform for the exchange of scientific experience, discussion of innovative ideas, and the development of future academic and professional cooperation among participants.

          Furthermore, within the framework of the conference, participants were provided with an opportunity to become comprehensively acquainted with the life path and scientific legacy of Professor Ergash Goziev, a distinguished scholar who made a significant contribution to the development of psychological science. This session generated considerable interest and received positive feedback from members of the academic community.

         The international conference played an important role in strengthening the integration of medical and psychological sciences, promoting the formation of a healthy society, and enhancing the effectiveness of scientific research activities.
